Pricing (Excluding GST):


Corporate/Work Bookings:

• $750 NZD per night

• For up to 6 guests


Summer Rate (Labour Weekend to Easter):

• $600 NZD per night for 4 guests

• $60 NZD per additional guest per night


Winter Rate (After Easter to before Labour Weekend):

• $400 NZD per night for 4 guests

• $60 NZD per additional guest per night


Minimum Stay: 2 nights

Cleaning Fee: $200.00


Cancellation Policy

  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check in.
  • If you cancel between 7-30days before check in you will be refunded 50% for all nights.
  • If you cancel less than 7 days before check in - there is no refund.
  • Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel within 48hrs of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check in.

House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we ask that you:

  • Adhere to the guidelines in our Guest Manual.
  • Respect the no unauthorised parties policy. Any unauthorised gatherings will incur a $250 fee plus an extra $150 per hour for additional cleaning.
  • Note that 4 security cameras monitor the exterior of the property for guest safety.
  • No shoes inside

  • No smoking inside.
