  • How is my booking confirmed?

    Your booked dates will have a temporary hold for 24 hours on the calendar. You will be sent an invoice and you will have 24 hours to make payment. Upon payment you will be sent a confirmation message. If no payment is received after 24 hours the booked dates will be opened up and available for other bookings.

  • When will I get accommodation details?

    You will be sent travel directions, key code, and address a few days before your arrival. 

  • How are bookings made?

    First check on the calendar the days you want to book are available. Send message to Hinemoa including the number of guests & the dates you want to book. The more information you can provide the easier it will be to accommodate your request. i.e the purpose of your visit, who for, number of guests, how far you are traveling etc. Include your name and contact phone number
